We currently ship to addresses within South Africa.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Major cities: 2–5 business days
Outlying or remote areas: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available, so you can monitor your delivery.

Nina Made cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the package and items so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Free Returns

We offer free returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange collection at no additional cost.
